Wired & Working

You don’t have a discipline problem.
You have a design problem.

The problem isn’t how hard you’re trying. It’s that you’ve been working in a way that was never designed for your brain.

“Why can’t I just get it together? Other people seem to manage this fine. Maybe I’m just not cut out to run a business.”
~ You, and also us, and also basically everyone we’ve ever talked to

Can we ask you something?

Did you think about yourself
when you built that system?

Did you pick a method built for someone with a consistent schedule — even though you know you do your best work at 10pm? Did you build something that assumes you’ll show up with the same energy every day, even though some days you can move mountains and some days you cannot open a single tab?

Did you buy another planner knowing full well you hate your own handwriting and would give up by day three? Did you take advice from someone selling the idea that six figures is just a mindset away — with zero acknowledgment of how hard any of this actually is?

You’ve tried to fix this.

The planners. The courses. The app that was going to fix everything.

Maybe you’ve bought the course that was supposed to change everything. Read the books. Watched the YouTube rabbit holes at midnight. Downloaded the app everyone swore by.

Maybe you batch-created content for two weeks straight and then fell off completely. Built a Notion setup so elaborate it had its own table of contents — and never opened it again. Tried to follow someone else’s morning routine even though you don’t really have mornings.

Some of it worked for a week. Maybe two. And every time it collapsed, the conclusion felt obvious: I must be the problem.

You’re not the problem. The system is. It was built for a different kind of brain — and no version of you is going to force-fit it.

Our Story

30 years of doing it
the “right” way.

We’re Lily and Patricia — twin sisters, co-founders of Twinspyr, and neurodivergent entrepreneurs with over 30 years of combined experience between us. For the first 20 of those years, we didn’t have diagnoses. We just thought we were bad at business.

We were doing everything right. Posting consistently (and watching it disappear into the void). Batch creating content for a week, then not at all. Showing up to coaching calls with nothing to say. Trying systems that made sense on paper and fell apart by Wednesday. Operating under the assumption that we should be able to show up the same way every day — when our energy doesn’t work like that at all.

And underneath all of it, this habit of building things we were never actually going to use. Lily once spent an entire afternoon — with AI assistance, no less — designing the most beautifully nested Google Drive folder system you’ve ever seen. Logical. Thorough. Complete. And the moment it was done, she knew she was never going to open it again.

That’s when the question changed. Not “is this a good system?” but “am I actually going to do this? Does this work with how my brain operates, or does it just work in theory?”

The shift came when we finally let ourselves say two things out loud: It’s okay to not do something just because you don’t want to. It’s okay to want things to be easier.

Once we stopped designing for who we thought we should be and started designing for how we actually work — the fluctuating energy, the weird hours, the inconsistent output — things started to hold.

Building a brand about neurodivergence requires a certain kind of vulnerability. It means admitting that from the outside, things may have looked fine — confident, functioning, on top of it — when the reality behind the scenes was something else entirely.

There’s a fear in that admission. That saying “this was hard” will make you look less capable.

Here’s what we’ve learned: everything we built, we built despite those struggles. That doesn’t make us less capable. It makes us more.

And the same is true for you.

We built our coaching practice the same way. No discovery calls because we hate them. Async coaching because weekly calls kept failing us. We built what we needed. And it works.

Wired & Working is the same thing — packaged so you can do it yourself, in an hour, for $17.

Introducing

Wired & Working

Go from friction to flow in under an hour

A self-guided PDF workbook with companion audio — built for neurodivergent entrepreneurs who are tired of systems that don’t stick. In under an hour, you’ll audit where your business is breaking, understand why, and build one system that fits. Not a perfect system. A working one.

W

Where it’s breaking

A fast, honest audit. Identify the 2–3 places costing you the most — without spiraling into everything that’s wrong.

I

Identify your brain patterns

Not a diagnosis. A map. See how your brain actually handles decisions, transitions, overwhelm, and getting started.

R

Reframe the friction

Connect the dots. The friction isn’t a character flaw — it’s a design mismatch. This is the “oh” moment.

E

Engineer one fix

Build one system guided by your actual brain patterns. Specific. Doable. Yours.

D

Deploy it (imperfectly)

How to actually use it — including what to do when it breaks. Because it will. And that’s not failure.

Everything you need.
Nothing you don’t.

The WIRED Workbook — fillable PDF, all five modules, at your own pace in whatever order your brain wants.

5 companion audio recordings — Lily and Patricia talking you through each module. Voice note energy, no production fluff.

The “System Broke” Recovery Card — so one bad week doesn’t become a full reset.

This is for you if…

Sound familiar?

You’re a neurodivergent entrepreneur — or conventional advice has never quite worked for your brain.
You’ve moved past “will this business work” and gotten stuck on “why can’t I get myself to run it.”
Your energy fluctuates wildly — some days you could build an empire, some days you can barely open your laptop — and you’ve never found a system that accounts for that.
You’ve tried more things than you can count. And you’re done blaming yourself when they don’t stick.
You work at weird hours, in short pockets, inconsistently — and you need something built for that reality, not in spite of it.
You have an hour and $17 and you’re willing to find out what actually works.

We’re not going to tell you this will change your life in seven days. We’re not going to stack on bonuses to make $17 feel like a steal.

In under an hour, you’ll understand something about how your brain works in business that most people spend years trying to figure out — or never do. And you’ll have one system, imperfect and functional and actually yours, to show for it.

Professional, not perfect. That’s how we run our business. That’s what we’ll help you build.
